 Oscars 2024 Complete Announced List 10 categories : एकेडमी ऑफ मोशन पिक्चर आर्ट्स एंड साइंसेज ने 2024 में होने वाले 96वें अकादमी पुरस्कारों के लिए शॉर्टलिस्ट की घोषणा की है. ऑस्कर शॉर्टलिस्ट में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय फीचर फिल्म, डॉक्यूमेंट्री, साउंड, ओरिजिनल स्कोर, ओरिजिनल सॉन्ग, मेकअप और हेयरस्टाइलिंग, विजुअल इफेक्ट्स, लाइव-एक्शन शॉर्ट फिल्म, डॉक्यूमेंट्री शॉर्ट सब्जेक्ट और एनिमेटेड शॉर्ट फिल्म के साथ-साथ पंद्रह फिल्मों का नाम दिया गया है.  

कोई भी भारतीय फिल्म नहीं हुई शामिल 

जिस मलयालम फिल्म 2018 को अंतर्राष्ट्रीय फीचर सूची में जगह मिलने की उम्मीद थी, वह असफल हो गई और शॉर्टलिस्ट में जगह नहीं बना पाई. इतना ही नहीं नवीनतम ऑस्कर शॉर्टलिस्ट में अन्य आश्चर्य भी थे.
केरल राज्य में विनाशकारी बाढ़ पर आधारित 2018 की फिल्म योग्य नहीं रही, कुछ उल्लेखनीय शीर्षक अंतर्राष्ट्रीय फीचर में आगे बढ़े. द जोन ऑफ इंटरेस्ट (यूनाइटेड किंगडम), ट्रान अन्ह हंग की द टेस्ट ऑफ थिंग्स (फ्रांस), लीला एविल्स टोटेम (मेक्सिको) और अकी कौरिस्माकी की फॉलन लीव्स (फिनलैंड). दुर्भाग्य से भारत से कोई प्रविष्टियाँ नहीं हैं. इस तरह इस साल भारत की किसी भी फिल्म अकादमी पुरस्कारों की शॉर्टलिस्ट में शामिल नहीं हो पाई. 

दिलचस्प कि बात यह है कि इस साल की शॉर्टलिस्ट में कुछ आश्चर्य भी थे. क्रिस्टोफर नोलन की ओपेनहाइमर, जो बॉक्स ऑफिस पर बार्बी से भिड़ी थी, दृश्य प्रभाव श्रेणी में कोई स्थान सुरक्षित नहीं कर पाई. फिर भी, फिल्म को मेकअप, ध्वनि और स्कोर उल्लेखों में जगह मिली है. शॉर्टलिस्ट अत्यधिक प्रत्याशित हैं क्योंकि वे एक प्रारंभिक संकेत प्रदान करते हैं कि किन फिल्मों को एकेडमी ऑफ मोशन पिक्चर आर्ट्स एंड साइंसेज के विशेष खंडों से महत्वपूर्ण समर्थन मिल सकता है और कौन सा पीछे रहेगा.
अकादमी पुरस्कार श्रेणी की सूची 11 जनवरी से 16 जनवरी तक मतदान के लिए खुली है, आधिकारिक नामांकन 23 जनवरी को जारी किए जाएंगे. 96वें अकादमी पुरस्कार 10 मार्च को आयोजित किए जाएंगे, और अंतिम मतदान 22 से 27 फरवरी तक होंगे.
