Kareena Kapoor and Karan Johar Attend Their Children’s Annual Day Function

Filmmaker Karan Johar and actress Kareena Kapoor attended their children’s annual day celebration on Thursday. Karan later shared a video of Kareena from the event in which she can be seen enjoying a samosa. Soon after, Kareena playfully returned the favor by calling Karan out as well.

Kareena Kapoor’s sons, Taimur and Jeh, study at the Dhirubhai Ambani International School, where Karan Johar’s children, Yash and Roohi, are also enrolled. The Mumbai-based school hosted its annual function on Thursday, December 18, which saw the presence of several celebrities. Kareena and Karan were seated together at the event. From the function, Karan Johar shared a video of Kareena on his Instagram story.

Karan Johar Calls Kareena His ‘Carby Doll’

At the school event, Kareena was seen relishing a samosa. Sharing the video, Karan Johar joked, “People who think Kareena is on a diet should see this—Kareena Kapoor enjoying a big samosa at a school function.” He further added, “I’m proud of you, Bebo. You are my carby doll. You look great like this.”

In the video, Kareena can be seen giving Karan an annoyed look before continuing to enjoy her samosa. When Karan mentions her being on a diet, Kareena firmly responds, “No, I’m not on a diet.”

Kareena Gives It Back to Karan

The video of Kareena enjoying her snack has now gone viral on social media. Perhaps Karan’s teasing struck a chord, as Kareena later shared a picture of Karan from the same school function. In the photo, Karan is seen eating a wrap-like food item. Kareena captioned the post with a witty remark: “Karan eats too.”

Other Celebrities at the Event

Several other prominent Bollywood personalities also attended the Dhirubhai Ambani International School’s annual function. Among them were Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, and Aishwarya Rai. Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan were also spotted at the event, along with Shahid Kapoor, Farah Khan, and Vidya Balan.
