An exciting update has emerged about Vicky Kaushal’s upcoming film Mahavatar, in which he will portray Lord Vishnu’s sixth avatar, the immortal warrior Parashurama. The mythological epic will be directed by Amar Kaushik. According to a report by Mid-Day, Vicky will have to undergo intense physical training and spend long hours in the gym to achieve a muscular and powerful physique suitable for the role of Lord Parashurama. Fans are eagerly looking forward to seeing him in this ambitious and larger-than-life character.

In a shocking development, Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh has reportedly received a threatening voice message demanding crores of rupees. The message was allegedly sent by an unidentified individual. Mumbai Police have launched an investigation into the matter. The news has left the actor’s fans stunned. Ranveer is currently in the spotlight for his upcoming film Dhurandhar 2.

A Mumbai court has restrained YouTuber CarryMinati, Deepak Chaar, and others from circulating defamatory content against filmmaker Karan Johar on social media. The order was issued following a plea filed by Dharma Productions CEO Apoorva Mehta. Karan Johar has received significant relief from the court. In his petition, he claimed that the influencers made highly derogatory and defamatory remarks about him in their YouTube videos.

In a conversation with Variety India, director Rajkumar Hirani revealed that he is currently working on multiple ideas. He said, “I am working on the script of ‘Munna Bhai’ and also exploring the idea of a sequel to ‘3 Idiots’. I had a strong concept for Munna Bhai that was developed on a large scale, but I haven’t yet found the right ending.” Hirani added that he has three to four scripts in hand and will soon decide which direction to move forward in.

The makers of Drishyam 3 have brought veteran actor Prakash Raj on board. Confirming the news, Prakash Raj said, “I have begun shooting for the Hindi version of the interesting franchise ‘Drishyam 3’. I am excited to be part of a great team and to play a strong character. I am confident audiences will enjoy the film.” He also clarified that he is not replacing anyone in the project.

Actor Shreyas Talpade has once again landed in legal trouble. In Mainpuri district of Uttar Pradesh, an FIR has been registered against him and 11 others in connection with an alleged fraud case. They are accused of luring local residents with promises of high returns in the name of a fake Mumbai-based bank branch and allegedly cheating them of lakhs of rupees. Following court orders, the police have initiated a detailed investigation.

The film Vadh 2, starring Sanjay Mishra and Neena Gupta, collected ₹33 lakh on Tuesday, slightly higher than Monday’s ₹31 lakh. However, the film has seen a decline in collections after the weekend. Its total box office collection now stands at ₹2.99 crore. The cast also includes Kumud Mishra, Yogita Bihani, and Akshay Dogra.

After its opening day, Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain has struggled to maintain momentum. On Tuesday, the film earned just ₹17 lakh, compared to ₹15 lakh on Monday. The total collection now stands at ₹1.19 crore. Despite high expectations, the film has failed to make a strong impact at the box office.

Rani Mukerji’s Mardaani 3 collected ₹2.02 crore on its twelfth day, showing slight improvement from Monday’s ₹1.15 crore. Despite the weekday dip, the film’s total box office collection has reached ₹39.12 crore. Mallika Prasad plays the antagonist in the film.

The war drama Border 2 continues to perform well at the box office. On its nineteenth day, the film collected ₹2.84 crore, up from ₹2 crore on Monday. The film’s total collection has now reached ₹314.59 crore. Audience enthusiasm for the film remains strong
