Actress Tamannaah Bhatia shared a series of beautiful pictures on Instagram on Christmas Day. In the photos, she can be seen decorating a Christmas tree and posing beside it. She captioned the post, “Ho Ho Ho, Merry Christmas.” Tamannaah wore a red night suit, in which she looked absolutely adorable, and she also elegantly flaunted her jewellery.
A day before Christmas, actress and Alia Bhatt’s mother Sony Razdan hosted a Christmas party at her residence. Apart from Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, Neetu Singh, Riddhima Kapoor, and her daughter Samara were also present. Riddhima shared a post today giving a glimpse of the celebrations and thanked Sony Razdan. Alia Bhatt also shared photos from the party.
Janhvi Kapoor shared a strong post addressed to Deepu Chandra Das, writing, “What is happening in Bangladesh is barbaric. It is genocide. This is not an isolated incident. If you don’t know about this public lynching, read about it, watch the videos, ask questions. If even after that you don’t feel angry, this hypocrisy will destroy us. We will keep mourning events happening in other parts of the world while our own brothers and sisters are being burned alive.”
Following her post, many people praised Janhvi for her courage and honesty.
A massive fire broke out on Thursday, December 25, at the Sorento Apartment complex in Andheri West, Mumbai, affecting the 12th, 13th, and 14th floors. Filmmaker Sandeep Singh’s house, located on the 14th floor, was completely destroyed. However, he is safe and has been given shelter at Ankita Lokhande and Vicky Jain’s home.
Suniel Shetty shared a photo on Instagram marking 43 years of his marriage. The picture shows him sitting with his wife Mana and their granddaughter. He captioned it, “Happy anniversary, Nani! Celebrating 43 years of togetherness. From crush to girlfriend, wife, mother, and now grandmother—this journey has been beautiful.” Fans and celebrities, including Rajat Bedi and Mahima Chaudhry, poured in heartfelt wishes.
According to an India Today report, Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda have gone abroad together to celebrate Christmas and New Year. They were spotted together at Hyderabad airport. Vijay wore a grey hoodie and his signature beanie cap, while Rashmika was dressed in black. Rashmika shared an airport selfie on Instagram Stories, writing, “Holiday time!” along with heart and hug emojis.
Dharmendra’s sons, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol, will host a special screening of the film Ikkis in Mumbai to honour their father. This will be the family’s first major public event after his passing and is expected to be highly emotional. The family has urged fans to watch the film in theatres to see Dharmendra one last time on the big screen. Ikkis will release on January 1, 2026.
According to Sacnilk, Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri earned only ₹7.50 crore on its opening day. Surprisingly, despite decent advance bookings, the film saw no significant jump in collections, and even the Christmas holiday failed to boost numbers. However, there is hope that collections may improve over the weekend.
Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar continues to maintain a strong hold at the box office since its release on December 5. The film benefitted greatly from the Christmas holiday, earning ₹26.50 crore on Christmas Day—nearly three times more than Kartik Aaryan’s film. The movie has so far collected ₹633 crore in India.
On Thursday, Avatar: Fire and Ash completed one week at the box office. The film earned ₹13.3 crore on its seventh day, taking its total collection to ₹109.45 crore so far
