Alia Bhatt and Sharvari’s upcoming film Alpha, which was earlier set to release on December 25, 2025, has now been postponed. According to the latest update, the film will hit theatres on April 17, 2026. The reason behind the delay is that the post-production team requires more time to complete the VFX work.
As per a report by TOI, director Anees Bazmee said, “Work on the story hasn’t started yet, but since we’ve already made Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and 3, we have to make 4 too. Discussions are ongoing, though nothing has been finalised.”
He added, “Kartik Aaryan has built a strong image as Rooh Baba, so he’s definitely a part of it.” Bazmee also dropped a hint about Akshay Kumar possibly being involved in the film.

The makers of The Paradise have revealed the first look of lead actress Sonali Kulkarni on Instagram. Fans are excited after seeing her new avatar. The film stars Nani in the lead role and is directed by Srikanth Odela. In the poster, Sonali is seen wearing a green saree and bangles. The movie is set to release on March 26, 2026.

Director Sooraj Barjatya is making headlines once again for his next project under Rajshri Productions. It was already known that Ayushmann Khurrana had joined hands with the production house. The latest update reveals that Ayushmann will take on a new version of the iconic character Prem.
