Veteran Bollywood writer Salim Khan has been admitted to a hospital in Mumbai after his health suddenly deteriorated. The news has left fans deeply concerned, with many praying for his speedy recovery. As soon as he received the information, his son and Bollywood superstar Salman Khan rushed to the hospital to be by his father’s side. Fans are currently hoping that everything is fine.

Salim Khan Admitted to Hospital

Salim Khan, the father of actors Arbaaz Khan and Sohail Khan and one of Bollywood’s most respected writers, has been admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Bandra, Mumbai. The hospital is located close to the family’s residence at Galaxy Apartments.

On Tuesday, February 17, a video surfaced from outside the hospital confirming that the renowned writer had been admitted after his health worsened. However, further details about his condition have not yet been revealed.

Salman Khan Reaches Hospital to Meet His Father

Upon hearing about his father’s health, Salman Khan immediately rushed to Lilavati Hospital. A video of the actor arriving at the hospital is now going viral on the internet. In the footage, Salman appears visibly worried and tense. Heavy security can also be seen around him as he makes his way inside. He was dressed in a black T-shirt and pants during the visit.

As of now, the exact reason for Salim Khan’s hospitalisation remains unknown, and the Khan family has not released any official statement.

Meanwhile, it is worth noting that in November 2025, Salim Khan and his wife Salma Khan celebrated their 61st wedding anniversary, which coincided with the 11th wedding anniversary of Arpita Khan and Aayush Sharma.
