In a conversation with journalist Shubhankar Mishra, Shweta stated that her brother did not die by suicide — he was murdered.
According to her, two different psychics — one from the United States and another from Mumbai — told her the same thing.
She said, “Both of them claimed that Sushant was killed by two people.”

Shweta also raised several questions regarding the circumstances of her brother’s death.

In the same interview, Shweta referred to an old social media post by Sushant’s former girlfriend, Rhea Chakraborty.
Rhea had once shared a poem that read:

According to Shweta, “Those lines were strange and unsettling. At that time, Rhea was in Sushant’s life, and my brother had even liked that post. But after hearing what the psychics said, that poem feels even more disturbing now.”
