Kapil Sharma’s popular comedy show The Great India Kapil Show is all set to return soon with its third season. This time, the audience will get to see brand-new flavours and even more quirky characters. Just like the previous season, the upcoming one will bring fresh excitement, funnier punchlines and Kapil’s never-seen-before avatars. These include GenZ Baba, Tau Ji, Raja, and Mantri, who will entertain viewers in completely new styles.

The show returns in an all-new avatar

This season promises a totally refreshed world of comedy filled with laughter, fun and delightful surprises. Its aim is to bring families together and spread smiles across every face. Meanwhile, the release date and OTT platform for the new season have also been revealed.

Where will it stream?

The new season of The Great India Kapil Show will premiere on Netflix from 20 December 2025. Sharing the update on X, Kapil Sharma wrote, “By public demand, Season 4 is coming! #TheGreatIndianKapilShow#Season4 only on NetflixIndia.”

Kapil Sharma calls his audience his strength

Talking about the new season and his many new avatars, Kapil Sharma said, “Every time I feel like I’ve done everything—what more can I do in the new season? But then your love and your expectations show me a new path. This time too, your support inspired me to create many new characters. And the ones you’ve always loved, they have also found their way back. So, I am bringing all those shades of comedy for you on Netflix, in Season 4… which will be a multiverse of comedy — or rather, a ‘Mastiverse’.”
