Two Much with Kajol & Twinkle has become a beacon for celebrities to release titbits about their loves that they usually never would have. Farah Khan opened about her journey as someone who grew up in the film industry. From dancer to a choreographer and finally as an iconic filmmaker, she has made her name within Bollywood and that too with pride.

It wasn’t easy for her to make a name for herself. In an industry dominated by male figures, she is a strong female filmmaker. She has her own vlogging show on YouTube as well, one that has made fans fall in love with her even more. However, her journey was far from easy.

Farah Khan revealed during the latest episode of Two Much with Kajol & Twinkle that despite having gained such fame within the film industry, her journey has been nothing like that of a nepo kid. Male coworkers and directors often posed a problem to her, with one, whom she kept nameless, also going so far as to harass her.

“He came into my room to discuss a song or something while I was in bed and he sat next to me. I had to kick him from there,” she stated.

Twinkle Khanna, who was hosting the show, was also present during the incident and testified that she had witnessed it.

“He was after her, no matter what. She had to physically kick him. This happened. I was the witness,” Khanna recalled. His persistence and disregard for Khan’s lack of consent were getting on both their nerves.

Farah Khan Works for the Bills

As someone who has grown up seeing financial issues and instability, Farah Khan understands the importance of a constant flow of money. Despite being so famous now with a good amount of money, she continues to work, even if it is a vlog like show on YouTube. This gives the filmmaker that sense of security she lacked growing up.

“I don’t know where this drive comes from. But I think it is an insecurity. When you don’t have money in your childhood… so I feel that every day I go to work, then there will be more money for my kids. Basically, it is that.”

She continued, “I enjoy working and going out. It is pretty much what Akshay does. I’m not saying this in a bad way, I admire it. It is very commendable that when you know you are doing something and that will get you this much, and of course, you are loving the work that you are doing.”

Much like Twinkle Khanna’s husband, Akshay Kumar, who admitted to having worked for money, she too relies a lot on her income remaining constant regardless of how good or bad times may seem
