In a press conference held at Lal Qila Maidan by the world-renowned Lav Kush Ramleela Committee, the committee president Mr. Arjun Kumar informed the media that this year’s Ramleela aims to attract Gen Z audiences towards the divine story of Lord Ram and inspire a sense of national responsibility. To highlight the bravery and valor of the armed forces, the invitation cards this year feature images representing the Navy, Army, and Air Force.
Mr. Arjun Kumar further announced that the renowned actor, singer, and Member of Parliament Mr. Manoj Tiwari will play the role of Lord Parashuram in this year’s Ramleela. He has previously portrayed characters such as Kevat and Angad. Additionally, a documentary film based on the Ramayana using AI technology will be screened daily for devotees prior to the stage performances.
